Rawr?
I woke up this morning with one of the songs from Sweeney Todd in my mind, so I took my mp3 player with me to work so that I could listen to the soundtrack while I worked. It really is a beautiful soundtrack, despite the material.
I haven't heard anything from the people reading my book, other than they've recieved it and one is on chapter nine. It's been a week. I usually take a week, maybe two, to finish a book, but I try to remember most people aren't this obsessive and some of the people I sent to only read one book a year if they're feeling particularily inspired, but still. It's driving me mad.
Meanwhile I applied to take the CBEST and to be admitted to CSUN. I put the wrong email adress on the CSUN application so I'll have to call to fix that. (I applied there for grad school, though I ended up somewhere else. All my old information was still in their database.) Why am I doing all this? Because I'm a directionless fool.

Wonder which one of us will be all done with school first...
Lol, I'm on Chapter 9 as well. But I've been rereading parts of DTL as well (I had written this long comment and then realized that I had completely misunderstood what was going on). I read too fast. :-p
To do everything that I've considered doing at CSUN would take me...another four years, heh. It's not about being directionless, it's about being ambitious! ;-)
Sorry I did not expect to get so swamped this week at work... who would think people would want to spend so much money on property improvements this early in the year...
My goal is to finish the book entirely this weekend though so lets see!
